Your changing body
Your Uterus increases in size and has become almost double the size. The frequency of urination is more due to pressure of the growing Uterus and your increasing blood volume.
An appointment with a good obstetrician is carried out during this time where you can confirm your pregnancy. At your first visit, you may be undergoing several tests (baseline weight and blood pressure, pelvic exam, blood test, etc.) to ensure you and your baby’s health.
Increasing levels of hormones can cause your breast to increase in size and other tissue changes, all in preparation for Lactation. This increase can also cause nausea and vomiting with smells you once loved. If you find yourself craving for a particular food or crying for no reason, blame it on the hormones.
