Your changing body
As you progress through the third trimester, you may start to leak colostrums or pre-milk from your breasts around week 31. Colostrum or pre-milk is yellowish or creamy substance which is usually thicker than the milk. It is the first stage of milk that is formed in your breast and may lasts for several days after the birth of your baby. Colostrum contains antibodies that may be important in protecting your baby against disease. However, many women don’t have any noticeable Colostrum until after delivery.
