Managing Menopause

Menopause is a time in a woman’s life when her periods stop permanently. It marks the end of the reproductive period and it is usually confirmed when you have missed your periods for a consecutive of 12 months. Menopause is not a disorder but a natural biological process. Most women reaches Menopause between the ages of 45 and 55, although both early and late Menopause are not unusual. Menopause is considered premature if it occurs in a woman before the age of 40 years and considered late if it occurs in a woman after the age of 55 years
