Dealing with Cellulite

Cellulite is an almost exclusively a female concern because female fat Cells are clustered in sacs and are arranged in vertical columns. Aging results in hardening of the septae that hold the fat Cells together, and these buoyant Cells push through the septa causing a dimpled appearance. In addition, women by nature also contain nearly two times as much fat as men do, making fat Cells more visible.

Cellulite is not caused by increased fat and even the skinniest woman can have Cellulite because even they may have partially filled fat Cells. It is both unnatural and impossible to empty all your fat Cells completely, and in women, the last drops of fat are stored on thighs and buttocks, the most common areas to be afflicted with Cellulite.
