My problem is that My periods have been delayed by about a week now, which is very unusual in my case, as I have a normal 28 day cycle.
I have not had sexual intercourse in the last three months. However I have gained weight in the last six months, which I am trying to control now through dietary modifications.
I do have PMS symptoms, like pain in the lower abdomen and bloating.
What could be the reason?
Should I consult a Gynaecologist?

my son aged 27 yrs has been diagnosed will gall stones & has been advised a laproscopy to remove the gall bladder.is there any other way to remove the gall stones besides an operation?
